Raymond Gid (1905-2000) was a French poster artist, typographer and graphic designer who studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris.[2] He began designing posters in 1925 and later created corporate logos, typography and posters for major clients.[3] His documented logo work includes the 1971 Crédit Agricole mark.[4]
The RIT Archives hold two folders of Uniplan material from Gid’s client work.
