Teleperformance, the global digital business services company headquartered in France, has undergone two significant brand transformations in recent years. In September 2018, the company unveiled a new visual identity centered on the abbreviation “TP,” and in February 2025, it formally adopted “TP” as its official brand name with a refreshed logo and identity.
Design and History
In September 2018, Teleperformance revealed a new brand identity and logo, aligning with its status as a “genuinely global group where innovation and technology play a central role in support of the human experience.” The abbreviated reference “TP,” already used familiarly by employees, partners, and clients, became the basis of the updated visual materials, including a revamped website.[1] The 2018 identity was developed by the Brazilian agency Ana Couto, which created a new positioning, tagline, brand, and identity system for the company.[2][3]
On February 27, 2025, Teleperformance officially adopted “TP” as its brand name, accompanied by a new, sleek, and elegant brand identity and a renewed logo.[4] The company stated that the move to TP from Teleperformance represents “Technology/Touch powering Partnerships, Transformation driving Performance, and Thought fueling Passion,” with the letters “T” and “P” designed to integrate these themes symbolically.[5]
Meaning and Symbolism
According to the company’s 2018 announcement, the logo symbolized “the trust, loyalty and empathy extended to everyone that helps make the business successful, including employees, clients and their customers, partners and shareholders.” The new visual identity was described as reflecting what Teleperformance is today and the transformation it had undertaken in recent years.[1] The 2025 rebrand further articulated the meaning behind the “TP” letters, with the company explaining that the identity represents core values such as adaptability, collaboration, and forward-thinking strategies.[5]
Typography and Design
The 2018 identity, developed by Ana Couto, was part of a comprehensive repositioning that included a new tagline, “Each interaction matters,” reinforcing the company’s role as a leader in customer experience management. The agency translated Teleperformance’s adaptability “to each client, each culture, and each person” across every touchpoint, creating a new brand, identity system, campaign, and website.[2] The 2025 refresh introduced a renewed logo and a “new, sleek and elegant brand identity” as part of the name change to TP.[4]
