The club was formed in 2004 when Finnskoga FF and Norra Ny FF merged,[2] and the current identity reflects this relatively recent founding. The club plays its home matches at Nyvallen in Ambjörby.[5]
Documented visual history for the Nordvärmlands FF crest is limited. The club has competed in Division 2 Norra Götaland, the fourth tier of Swedish football,[1] and more recently in lower regional divisions.[6]
Meaning and Symbolism
No official documentation has been found that explains the symbolic meaning of the Nordvärmlands FF crest elements or its color palette. The shield shape follows a common convention in European football club identity, but the club has not published an official interpretation of its emblem.
