FTX Token (FTT) is the native utility token of the FTX cryptocurrency exchange, which was founded in 2019 by Sam Bankman-Fried and Gary Wang. The token offered trading fee discounts and collateral benefits to users of the platform. Following FTX’s collapse in November 2022, the token lost most of its value and the exchange entered bankruptcy proceedings.[1]
Design and History
The FTX logo has undergone at least one documented visual update. In May 2020, FTX announced a new logo, explaining that the blue color represented the infinite possibilities of cryptocurrency, while the red color conveyed the momentum of a firecracker.[2] This announcement was reported by CoinPost, citing FTX as the source.[3]
Brand asset aggregator Brandfetch lists the FTX Exchange brand colors as including the hex code #5FCBDF, a light turquoise shade, along with other colors such as #C81437, a red tone.[4] These documented colors align with the blue and red palette described in the 2020 logo update announcement.
Meaning and Symbolism
According to FTX’s own announcement of the logo update, the blue in the logo symbolized the infinite possibilities of cryptocurrency, and the red was intended to convey the energy of a firecracker.[2]

The logo is available in SVG format, with file dimensions of 566 x 175 pixels as hosted on Wikipedia.[5]
